 Running Backs

Calling it like we see it here – Jalen Hurd was an absolute beast. He put up a career-high 151 yards against a defense that gave up, on average, just 113 yards per game rushing to opposing teams. Hurd rarely went down on first contact, kept the Vols in good down-and-distance scenarios and moved the chains. He wasn’t rewarded with a touchdown for his efforts, but everybody saw what a huge factor he was. Alvin Kamara continues to look like one of the best complimentary backs in the league. He had 11 touches for 67 yards.
