Quarterbacks
It wasn’t pretty, particularly in the passing game, for Joshua Dobbs. UT had its lowest passing output since 2003 with just 89 yards through the air. Dobbs missed some open receivers and just doesn’t have a ton of confidence throwing from the pocket. But with that being said, he’s finding ways to help UT win, and a great example of that was his hard-earned 8-yard touchdown run at the end of the first half to build what turned out to be an insurmountable 16-0 lead against the Tigers. He finished with 10 carries for 54 yards, and using his feet, a few timely throws and a lot of determination, he did enough to get UT the win.
