10. Tennessee vs. Texas Tech, Liberty Bowl
Texas would be the more intriguing matchup, but it just doesn’t look like the Longhorns will be bowl eligible. Texas Tech, currently bowl eligible at 6-5 and led by college football rock star head coach Kliff Kingsbury, would be an intriguing realistic opponent for UT if the Vols were to end up in the Liberty Bowl – which might be more in play if they lose one or two down the stretch.
