2. Tennessee vs. Penn State, Music City Bowl
James Franklin, Tennessee’s old nemesis from Vanderbilt, is at Penn State and would likely love to return to Nashville for a shot at a Tennessee team he beat two out of three times from 2011-13. This would be a great storyline, and with both teams in the middle of their conferences and having ties to Nashville, it wouldn’t be stunning to see the bowl try to pitch this matchup to the conferences.
