Grading the Vols: North Texas Edition

Coleman Thomas-1

 Offensive Line

The numbers on the ground ended up looking pretty good by the end of the day (237 yards) and you can live with giving up two sacks, even if you’d rather keep the quarterbacks completely clean in a game like this. But, still, we give the benefit of the doubt for this group when facing really good defensive fronts, so facing a defensive group ranked No. 123 nationally in total yardage given up, the Vols should’ve been more dominant. The backs were able to get to the edge on a fairly consistent basis, but there weren’t the expected gaping holes up the middle.
