Secondary
This might have been one of the best games of the season for the Vols secondary from a statistical standpoint. It held Patrick Towles to 50 percent passing, only allowing 184 yards and one touchdown. Granted, it didn’t hurt that Towles was often extremely inaccurate, but the Tennessee secondary still maintained great position when the ball was thrown its way. The Vols’ secondary would like to have more takeaways, but it still had a solid game against the Cats.
