4. at Georgia
The East, at least on paper, goes through Georgia in most preseason predictions, even though the Bulldogs haven’t been able to fully live up to the hype the past few years. Tennessee ended a five-game losing streak to the Bulldogs in Knoxville in 2015 and will aim to end a four-game road slide to them in Athens in 2016. This is another program that it’s difficult to say exactly where it will be in 2016. Will Mark Richt still be there? Who will the quarterback be? Will Nick Chubb fully recover from his brutal injury against UT this year? Those are all valid questions, but it is fair to say Georgia will have plenty of talent and UT hasn’t shown it can win in Athens in recent history.
