Quarterbacks
Joshua Dobbs was a warrior on the ground, gaining 59 hard-earned yards (before sack yardage was taken away). He did some good things in the passing game, finishing 13-of-22 for 171 yards and a touchdown, but did take five sacks and threw at least three passes that arguably should’ve been intercepted by Alabama. It wasn’t a pretty performance always from Dobb in the passing game, but UT’s junior leader had a gutty performance that gave UT a shot.
