Offensive Line
The lasting memory from this game might be Chance Hall conceding what ended up being the game-clinching sack and forced fumble for Alabama. Things like that will happen when true freshmen are forced to start in an environment like that. But for a group that was missing two starters (Brett Kendrick, Jashon Robertson), the Vols did a lot of good things in terms of blocking in the run game, clearing the way for 132 yards on the ground for UT. Joshua Dobbs, however, did take five sacks and was running for his life for his life for much of the evening. The evaluation of the o-line overall probably depends how much of a curve you want to grade on due to injuries and the level of competition.
