You can argue that it’s just a punt or that it was lucky, but you also have to say that Tennessee might be on the bye week with a 2-4 record right now if Trevor Daniel doesn’t connect on arguably the best punt in program history. As the ensuing drive by Georgia showed, pinning the Bulldogs back at their own 1-yard line may have saved the game – and possibly the season – for Tennessee.
