Rick Barnes landed his second commitment for the 2016 class, adding three-star small forward/wing Jalen Johnson of High Point, N.C., on Sunday evening to pair with guard Jordan Bone, who committed to the Vols in September.

Johnson (6-6, 170) chose the Vols over offers from Wake Forest, Providence, Florida, South Carolina, Miami, Alabama and others. Johnson was part of a star-studded team at Wesleyan Christian in 2014 with five-star forward Harry Giles and four-star shooting guard Kwe Parker (Rutgers).
The Vols will have at least five scholarships available in the 2016 class with four scholarship players currently on the roster and one spot held over from the 2015 class.
