Linebackers
Jalen Reeves-Maybin tallied 10 tackles and Darrin Kirkland Jr. added seven more, but, like the secondary, failed to secure tackles on Alex Collins and Rawleigh Williams with regularity and seemed a step slow to the play on numerous occasions. They allowed Hunter Henry to get open too often – even when he wasn’t targeted – and really just seemed invisible at times in a game where linebackers should have played a huge role. Allowing Williams and Collins to bounce plays outside led to huge runs, and only one linebacker (JRM) registered a tackle for loss. No sacks, no forced fumbles, no interceptions.
