4th Quarter
11:24 – That is probably the fifth Jalen Hurd run in which he broke multiple tackles at or behind the line of scrimmage and turned a bad play into a good one by picking up 4-5 yards. impressive stuff.
11:09 – They didn’t run Dobbs a lot against BGSU, but the glimpses we saw of him showed that he is still as dangerous as ever with the ball in his hands.
Dobbs looks a step faster this year, no? pic.twitter.com/u2ns1aB2xe

10:09 – More of the same, and Dobbs takes it in for his first rushing touchdown of the year. This is why this offense will be so hard for defenses to stop this year. Two dynamic tailbacks, an improving receiver corps and offensive line, and a quarterback who can outrun corners and safeties.
Joshua Dobbs' first rushing score of 2015. Stopping him still appears to be difficult. https://t.co/5e1jF7Rzl9

A great ensuing kickoff by Aaron Medley – who admittedly had a rough day – forces the BGSU return-man to field a ball near the sideline, and, in doing so, steps out of bounds at the 4-yard line. Complimentary football and another notch in the Special Teams’ belt for the Vols against Bowling Green.
8:45 – Jalen Hurd’s final carry of the day was a fun one. Hurd takes the handoff from freshman quarterback Quinten Dormady and bursts through a hole on the left side. Before running out of bounds, however, Hurd makes sure to stiff-arm and hurdle the defender for good measure. Safe to say that Jalen Hurd is pretty good.
Jalen Hurd with the new stiff-arm-hurdle move. Not sure of the joystick combo for this one. https://t.co/Migz02g3ym

8:00 – Some late, clock-eating action for some backups now. Quinten Dormady doesn’t look like a true freshman out there, he looks like he’s been in the system for a few years. Dormady also flashed a little athleticism on a keeper, proving that he isn’t the statue in the pocket than some expected.
John Kelly ran very hard and looked surprisingly quick in some limited live reps. There is obviously the need for able-bodied running backs in this offense, and Kelly looks like he may be depended on for some meaningful carries sooner, rather than later.
Kelly ran well, but the backup offensive linemen deserve some credit, too. Charles Mosley, Dontavius Blair, Jack Jones, Ray Raulerson and Chance Hall all get some burn here, and all looked like they are progressing well under Don Mahoney and Mike DeBord. Depth along the line is at a premium, so seeing these guys have some success can only be seen as a good sign.
3:07 – Officially garbage-time at this point. BGSU has brought out the backups and the reserve defenders are getting some burn for Tennessee.
