4. Tennessee’s defense finishes with over 20 interceptions
Houston Kress: Tennessee’s secondary took some hits during fall camp after injuries sidelined Rashaan Gaulden and LaDarrell McNeil for the season, but this group still looks to be a strength of Team 119. Cam Sutton and Emmanuel Moseley each had very strong camps, and while there are some questions at safety and nickel due to injuries, the entire secondary will be aided by one foe the best pass rushes in the SEC. I think this group benefits from the pressure caused up front by the defensive line and turns bad passes into terrible ones all season long. As a team, the Vols had 16 interceptions last season, my guess is they hit at least 21 this year.
