This Halloween road trip might be overlooked just a bit. Few are giving Kentucky much of a chance in the East, and the Vols waxed Kentucky 50-16 in Neyland Stadium last year. So, on paper, the Vols look to have a big edge in a matchup that they have historically dominated. But Kentucky has shown signs of improvement under Mark Stoops and played Missouri, Mississippi State, Louisville and Florida tough last year and knocked off South Carolina. It’s not unthinkable that the Wildcats could give the Vols some trouble if they’re not at their best this game. UT has just three road wins under Butch Jones, so the Vols will have to prove they can take care of business outside of Neyland too.
