Journalist Mike Rosenberg came out with arrest date for the past five years for college football teams, and some of the data may surprise you, while some of it is quite predictable.
He looked at just arrests – not convictions or severity of the alleged infractions. As expected, Florida and Georgia were among the nation’s leaders. Surprisingly, though Washington State took the top “honors” with 31 arrests in the past five years, beating out the Gators by seven arrests. Tennessee came in sixth in the SEC, but tied for 10th nationally with Florida State, with 19 total arrests since August of 2010.
