8. Will Quay Picou make it in?
According to the official roster, every 2015 signee has made it in except for three-star defensive tackle Quay Picou. We believe that he will make it in before the start of the season, but is that a certainty and when exactly will that be? Picou certainly wasn’t the crown jewel of the 2015 class, but he is a quality defensive lineman who the Vols are excited to work with. Butch Jones also has a streak of getting every newcomer in since he’s been at Tennessee on the line.
