4. TE Alex Ellis
Tennessee has several young options to back up presumed starter Ethan Wolf at tight end including Neiko Creamer, Kyle Oliver and A.J. Branisel. But Ellis, the redshirt senior who started his career as a walk-on, is the most likely pick to see the field in two-tight end sets, even after missing the spring with injury.
He showed flashes in 2014, most notably a great catch and run on a fake field goal touchdown against Missouri, on his way to six catches for 115 yards. He doesn’t immediately come to mind when thinking of UT’s top offensive weapons, but he could be a sneaky pick to have a bigger-than-expected year in 2015.
