1. QB Joshua Dobbs
Seems like a no-brainer right at the top. Dobbs is the leader of the offense, a fantastic student, well-spoken and everything Jones wants representing his program when it’s in the spotlight. He became more of a household name around SEC country with his breakout effort late in 2014, but the Vols would love to continue the process of getting their leader’s name out there. Not much debate here.
