Joshua Dobbs-1-2

We’re at the halfway point of spring practice – right in the middle of the seventh and eighth sessions with 15 total on the schedule. As we’ve said before and during spring, there are certain limitations to what we’re going to be able to learn this spring as the Vols deal with a rash of injuries that have left a few positions incredibly thin.

But we’ve also seen just enough live drills and situational 11-on-11 work that we’re getting at least a better feel for who is standing out this spring, who is staying the course and who hasn’t quite stepped up to the level that many expected yet. With that in mind, here’s our mid-spring stock report based primarily on what we’ve seen in practice and somewhat on what coaches and other players have said about their teammates as well.
