6. There are still concerns on the offensive line

The No. 1 issue from 2014 isn’t going to simply disappear. There are plenty of reasons that this group could take a nice step forward in 2015, but there’s room for concern too. At least based on our initial viewings, it looks like a pretty familiar group up front. Kyler Kerbyson looks pretty entrenched at LT, Dylan Wiesman is at LG with Marcus Jackson out, Mack Crowder is at center and Jashon Robertson is at RG. Finding Jacob Gilliam’s replacement at RT is certainly on the to-do list.

That job already got more complicated since the start of spring after Coleman Thomas’ arrest. Thomas was working with the first team at RT (and center in some situations), but with his future now uncertain, the Vols have less options. Brett Kendrick, however, continues to progress and looks to have a good chance to be a factor in that group.
