Status
There aren’t a ton of certainties in recruiting, but Hardman clearly loves the Vols – naming them his leader in the summer of 2014, regularly posting pictures of himself in UT gear on Twitter and keeping the Vols right near the top of his list as his recruitment has heated up. He’s been on campus multiple times and Tennessee seems to be the early team to beat for Under Armour All-American selection, at least at this stage of the recruiting game. He’s expected to be at Tennessee the weekend of Feb 20 for Junior Day, one of what could be several more visits to Knoxville before he makes his final call.

 How He Fits

Hardman (5-11, 170) doesn’t have the size of somebody like Joejuan Williams, but he’s a pure burner. His 40 time is 4.37 seconds, according to his Hudl profile, and even if that’s a bit inflated, it’s very believable that he can run in an elite range based on his high school film.

He does a little bit of everything in high school, including playing quarterback, and he could play on either side of the ball in college, though UT likes him at WR.
