Potential has been the word attached to the 6-4, 220-pound receiver more than anything, but he’s shown some flashes of greatness in his first couple of seasons in Knoxville, the second of which was shortened by a shoulder injury. That injury concern would knock his value. And his productivity – hurt by a combination of mediocre quarterback and offensive line play – hasn’t been consistent. But he has the look of a guy who can be a true No. 1 receiver in the SEC.
