Dobbs comes in a close second to Barnett because of the importance of his position. And while he could go pro after next season, it seems most likely, with his academic focus, that he’d be more inclined to stick around an extra year. The jury is still out on Tennessee’s junior signal caller to some extent, but with uncertainty at the position around the league, Dobbs is arguably the second-best returning QB in the league behind Dak Prescott at Mississippi State. A true dual-threat quarterback like him who would be a team leader, a high character guy and has shown pretty good durability and toughness would go for a ton.
