Kelly Jr. certainly made an impact as a freshman, playing in in all 13 games, starting three and recording 33 tackles and three interceptions. He has chance to do even more in 2015. He split time with LaDarrell McNeil in 2014, and though McNeil played better overall and has a chance to hold onto his spot, Kelly can push to completely take over the starting safety role this offseason. Getting a bit stronger to help with the physical aspect of the game will be a priority for him this spring. If he does that, he could be a full-time starter in 2015.
