5. RTI’s Updated Recruiting Hot Board: As the holiday season approached, we reset the recruiting board and looked at some of Tennessee’s top targets. The Vols have been close to having a “full” class for months, but with all the movement that goes on in the final few weeks of recruiting, it’s always a fluid process and Tennessee remains in the hunt for some top uncommitted prospects such as Kyle Phillips, Drew Richmond and others.
