As you probably know, Sugarlands Shine is the official spirit of RTI for the 2014 holiday season, which is why it only makes sense that this Friday, December 19th, is Sugarlands Shine Day.
So what, you may be asking, is Sugarlands Shine Day? Simple. It’s the day the RTI boys and I spend with our fantastic sponsor, Sugarlands Distilling Co. And we want you to join us. We’ll start by visiting their authentic still house in Gatlinburg as soon as we finish our daily installment of RTI Radio.
I get it. Y’all have jobs. So joining us for that is probably out of the question. But don’t worry, we’ll be tweeting the whole deal so you won’t miss a beat.
So how, then, can you be part of Sugarlands Shine Day? Simple. Meet us after work for the Sugarland’s tasting at Thunder Road Wine and Spirits at 8043 Kingston Pike, right across from Downtown West. We’ll be there with the crew from Sugarlands from 5 to 7 mixing it up and getting our shine on. Come say hello. But once 7 o’clock hits, the fun is just beginning. Because that’s when we’re going to Cool Beans on the Strip to watch the Tennessee – Tennessee Tech. The outing will serve as the RTI Holiday Party, fueled, naturally, by Sugarlands Shine. So we hope that you and your friends will come join us in our holiday merriment.
