No. 15 Arizona at. No. 17 Utah (-4) 3:30 pm ESPN
Daniel: Another matchup in the convoluted Pac 12 South – which has some similarities to the SEC East in that a there are a few decent teams, but any of them will likely lose to the winner of the other half of the conference (Oregon, in the case of the Pac 12). Really another toss-up type of game here. Utah has flown under the national radar at times this season, but has been very good. Throw out a bad loss to Oregon and the other two losses have come by a total of just four points. Oregon was also their only home loss of the season. Winner: Utes 35-27
Houston: I’m a believer in Utah football this season. They play well at home and Devontae Booker and Travis Wilson are giving the Utes a balanced attack on offense. If not for a bonehead play against Oregon a few weeks ago, Utah could have beaten Oregon and really muddled up the College Football Playoff water, but, as it stands, they are just a good team that has had a few bad breaks go against them in a crazy season of college football. Give me Utah’s balance and the home atmosphere for the win. Winner: UTES 31-27
Reed: Star runningback Ka’Deem Carey is out for the Wildcats and that really hurts their chances on the road. Both teams need a victory to stay alive in the Pac-12 South race – this one should be a four quarter battle. Utah has lost two straight in this series thanks to 4th quarter collapses, but they have the better defense and won’t have Carey to worry about. They end the streak and keep their faint title hopes alive. Winner: Utes 34-31
Tony: Arizona is among four teams scrambling to win the Pac-12 South. Utah is resourceful and will make you earn it. They lost only 11 turnovers all year. This game is a toss up but I’ll go with history and pick Zona to win its third straight over Utah! Winner: Arizona 35-28
