Maybe this takes away from the luster of the Battle at Bristol, a matchup set for 2016 at Bristol Motor Speedway between these two squads. Or maybe it would be a fun preview, depending on your perspective. Regardless, the Vols and Hokies, despite their geographic proximity, have only played twice in the modern era, and this game would sell a lot of tickets. The Hokies would need to knock off Wake Forest and/or Virginia to make bowl eligibility.
