Winning is fun. Winning at home is even better. And winning at home against a conference opponent to the tune of a 50-16 beatdown makes for an outstanding evening across Vol Nation. Tennessee accomplished all of this during yesterday’s game against Kentucky, and the reaction on Twitter really summed up what was a near-perfect night for Volunteer football.
So, just for fun, we compiled some of our favorite tweets from last night and put them all in one place. Included are reactionary tweets by some former Vols, fan-created photoshops, memes, GIFs and commentary from national media members who weighed in on the new-look Tennessee Volunteers football team. We’ll be adding tweets periodically as we stumble across them, but here’s what we’ve found so far.

Good sign for #Vols: In their first 3 SEC games #UT averaged under 15 ppg. With Josh Dobbs playing, UT's averaging 38 ppg in the last 3.

Josh Dobbs with these Tennessee WRs is scary. SEC East favorite in 2015? Perhaps…
— Barrett Sallee 🇺🇸 (@BarrettSallee) November 15, 2014
Tennessee gave up 30 quarterback sacks in first seven games. Since inserting Josh Dobbs at QB, the Vols have given up two sacks in 2 games

Heisman 2015? Any list that doesn't have josh Dobbs on it it isn't a smart list @Vol_Football will be dangerous in 2015 future bright
— Booger (@ESPNBooger) November 16, 2014
Tennessee the team to beat in the SEC East in 2015? Quite possibly.
— Greg McElroy (@GregMcElroy) November 15, 2014
Space Dobbs makes it 30-3 Vols with 5 minutes left in half. Tennessee will finish season 7-5 with four straight SEC wins. Dobbs = amazing.

Tennessee up 30-3 in the 2nd Qtr. 5th win with Vandy still to come. Vols looking like they're bowl bound!! @UTCoachJones doing a great job!
