Where Tennessee Stands
Each year there are a a handful of elite players that you never check off of your list, regardless of how long the shot may seem to be. DeBerry is that type of player for Tennessee in the 2015 class. DeBerry officially visited Tennessee in October and came away very impressed, but he’s been playing his cards close to the vest throughout the recruiting process. Tennessee appears to be in a fight to the finish with Alabama, Michigan State, Oklahoma and Texas A&M at this point. I’d say it’s anyone’s guess as to where he ultimately decides to go, with maybe a slight advantage going to Alabama due to their history of snagging top-rated linebackers.
