The long-distance relationship between Lil Jon and Tennessee football finally came face-to-face on Sunday. In town for a concert in Knoxville over the weekend, Lil Jon, who inspired Tennessee’s defensive third-down pump-up song “Third Down for What?,” stopped by the Vols’ practice.
He appeared via video message to pump up the crowd during the Florida game earlier this season, but this is the first time he’s met the team that he’s adopted and promoted via social media. Here are some of the best tweets and pictures from his visit to Haslam Field on Sunday:
