The Best Tweets of Bama Hate Week

It’s Bama week and the game is mere hours away from kickoff. A sold out Neyland Stadium was confirmed on Tuesday when it was officially announced that 102,455 would be in attendance for this one, but let’s be honest, this game being sold out was never in question. Lane Kiffin is making his return to Neyland as a member of the Tide’s staff, the Alabama offense has struggled on the road and there are many pundits around the country that don’t think the Crimson Tide are at the elite level that they have been in recent years – there was no chance that Vol fans would miss out on this one. Sure, the season to this point hasn’t gone as planned, but that won’t stop them from four quarters of insanity on Saturday night. From all accounts, this is setting up to be one of the nastiest environments in the history of Neyland Stadium.

But the vitriol from Vol Nation towards Alabama hasn’t been saved for Saturday night, the hate began much earlier this week on Twitter. Vol fans used the hashtags #HateBama #BamaHateWeek and to show their “appreciation” for their SEC rivals and the results were glorious. Nobody was safe this week.

Here are just some of the tweets that we found (many were simply too vulgar to share):
