While Butch Jones and offensive coordinator Mike Bajakian clearly have an offensive system with certain principles in place, both have also stated numerous times that the system is designed to adapt to the personnel they have in a given year. With an entirely new offensive line, several new dangerous weapons and quarterbacks with slightly more experience heading into 2014, expect to see some changes in how the Vols operate on offense. Here are a few adjustments the Vols might make in 2014 on offense based on their personnel.
