Tennessee will wear orange for the first time in Omaha this season against Florida State on Wednesday afternoon.

As the visiting team in the contest, Tennessee will wear its orange Vols script jerseys with grey pants and orange hats.

Tennessee previously wore all-white uniforms in Game 1 against Florida State and wore the Dark Mode black uniforms against North Carolina in Game 2.

Tennessee has been the home team in both of their games so far while Florida State was the away team against the Vols in their first matchup. With the Seminoles having more away team games (1) compared to Tennessee (0), Florida State will get the home team nod on Wednesday afternoon.

Vols’ Sunday starter Zander Sechrist will take the mound for Tennessee in Charles Schwab Stadium in the Game 1 rematch with a few key shifts in the positions behind him.

After leaving the game early with an injury on Sunday, Tennessee outfielder Hunter Ensley will be moved to the DH spot on Wednesday, sending Kavares Tears to center field. Reese Chapman will move into the right-field slot with the vacancy open. Otherwise, things stay the same for the Vols: Blake Burke at 1B, Christian Moore at 2B, Dean Curley at SS, Billy Amick at 3B, and Dylan Dreiling in LF. Cal Stark will be behind the plate.

A Tennessee win on Wednesday will officially eliminate FSU and send the Vols to the College World Series finals. A loss, though, would force a do-or-die, advance-or-go-home game against the Seminoles on Thursday afternoon.
